Weather and Sky

Weather and Sky is our collection for the sky pilots read before every flight, and for the people who hear the forecast at breakfast. Lenticular clouds over the peaks, hooked high clouds before a front, a thunderstorm given room, morning fog that burns off, virga over the desert, the aurora through the windshield, a rainbow over the runway, a winter de-ice before the flight home, the sea breeze and the weather-map symbols for fronts, highs and scattered skies. Painterly skies, weather-map marks, quiet still lifes and a few cheerful scenes, drawn in deep navy for soft light colors and again in warm cream for deeper ones.
